We are looking to fill two IN-OFFICE positions.

Office assistant for a tax preparation company. Familiarity with tax preparation is helpful, but not required. Additional training opportunities will be discussed for the right candidate. These positions have potential for advancement for the self-motivated candidate.

Work schedule: 25 – 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and direct calls with a positive attitude and an energetic work ethic
  • Open and scan mail
  • Respond to and direct emails
  • Schedule appointments
  • Support clients in preparing for tax appointments
  • Directly support owner of the company, as well as co-workers as needed

Qualifications

  • STRONG ATTENTION TO DETAIL
  • MUST be current with your own personal tax filing requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Office suites
  • Comfortable with computers and various platforms and software programs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and conversational skills, will occasionally be dealing with anxious clients
  • Able to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
  • Must be willing to undergo background check
